Learning Outcomes
Appointments and scheduling
How to book, organize and schedule patient appointments, walk-ins and emergencies efficiently understanding need of the hour.
Patient Records
Registration of each patient accurately in categories befitting their requirements and maintain their records including patients’ forms, documents, and case histories. Also learn how to initiate and maintain confidentiality of such records.
Maintain Insurance Claims
Understand different health insurances and communicate with patients to complete insurance and other claim forms.
Invetory Maintenance
Consistant maintenance, record-keeping and restock of inventory for required medical supplies and other materials that is looked after by a MOA.
